ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHER... MARIA LENON
A native of Michigan's Upper Peninsula, Maria Lenon is a self-taught outdoor
photographer. Capturing her love of wildlife and nature on film requires thorough
knowledge of her subjects, much technical skill, and creativity. All wildlife
is photographed in the Upper Peninsula wilderness using blinds, calls, and lures.
Maria Lenon's award-winning photography has sold as national magazine covers
and interiors, greeting cards, posters, and calendars as well as limited edition
wildlife and nature prints sold through her gallery. Maria has also been a national
level outdoor photography instructor. Wildlife and nature photography has become
a life-long love as well as her career.
